Construction Quality Management (CQM)

Responsible for management of QC organization. Act on behalf of contractor on all quality control matters. Inspect the work performed daily. Inspect and certify that all materials and equipment delivered for the project meet required specifications. Ensure all tests and/or inspections required or necessary are performed. File daily reports on required forms. Maintain as-built drawings marked to show any deviations from contract drawings. Report deviations from plans and specifications and report corrective action. Review and approve all shop drawings and submittal data for conformance to the contract requirements.
